The companies signed a contract under which ThinkTank will deliver extensive recruiting services to the German systems integrator. To continue its strong growth of the last years, MODCOMP requires talented new employees. In the face of the increasing shortage of qualified professionals on the German market, which makes it difficult to find skilled engineers, the company contracted ThinkTank Management Consulting to coordinate, and reshape where appropriate, all its activities to search and recruit new staff.
